The completion of The Crucible spanned a mere two weeks, culminating in a total of one hundred and four pages. Historically, this zine blended literary and visual arts seamlessly. Unfortunately, the year this Crucible was produced marked a departure from tradition as no literary submissions were received. Reflecting on the creative process, I can't help but imagine how the inclusion of typography might have reshaped the book entirely.
Below I've attached several spreads along with a process video offering insight into its creation.
